Q: Are the fireplaces new?
A: We only sell brand new fireplaces, not seconds or factory returns. All our products are ordered especially for you.

Q: Are the fireplaces suitable for solid fuel, gas and electric use?
A: Please look at the description to ensure suitability. If you are unsure, please call us for further help and information.

Q: Are you a real store?
A: Yes. We are a showroom, where many products are on display.

Q: Do I have to purchase the fire that's shown with the fireplace?
A: No. We can create the perfect fireplace package for you- if it's not already shown on our website just contact us and we will get you a price for the package you want whether it's for solid fuel, gas or electric.

Q: Can we collect the fireplace ourselves?
A: Yes, of course you can. We will let you know when the fireplace is here and ready for you to take away.

Q: Do I need chimney sweeping?
A: We would recommend sweeping a chimney before any fireplace installation.

Q: Do you fit the fireplaces?
A: Yes, we do. We employ our own trained fitters to install all fireplaces, whether wood, marble or limestone, so you can be assured of a first class service from order through to installation and beyond. (Please note, at this time however, this service is only available within a 25 mile radius of our premises)

Q: How can I contact you?

Q: How do I purchase items?
A: When you find an item you wish to buy, click the "Buy" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be displayed in the Shopping Cart section together with its price. To delete an item from the shopping cart, change the ordered quantity to "0" and press the Update Order button. To place an order for the items click on the Checkout button. This is where you can enter your order and delivery details.

Q: How is my fireplace delivered?
A: Your fireplace will be delivered by courier. We will let you know when your fireplace is despatched and send you a tracking number, if applicable.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept Debit or Credit card transactions via telephone, our shopping cart or in person. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, which must be cleared before goods are delivered.

Q: How do I know what fire will fit?
A: The type of flue determines what gas fire you are able to have. A Class 1 chimney is a chimney that is made from brick and has a chimney pot on the roof. Class 2 chimneys are chimneys that have been lined with 5" flexible liner and usually have a flue terminal pipe coming ouf of the roof. A pre-cast flue (most modern houses) have a narrow opening and can usually be identified by a small ridge tile on the roof. Even if you do not have any type of flue, a balanced flue gas fire or power flue fire can be fitted onto a flat wall.
