Delivery

All prices shown are in UK Sterling (£ or GBP), include VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery charges which are added to the overall cost of items. Delivery charges normally range from £25-£99-please check the applicable charges to you on our postcode delivery system.

Please note that delivery charges can be added on ordering, subject to postcode. You are more than welcome to collect your purchase, if you wish. Just select the 'collection' option at the checkout stage.

Please check all items delivered by us for any faults before fitting and within 7 days of delivery to ensure you are happy with your items and everything is as it should be. If any items are damaged or faults found please inform us by email or phone straight away.

If after 7 days we deem you have had "Reasonable time" to check over the items delivered and consider them to be in good order.

Marble and stone fireplaces are extremely heavy and usually come in a wooden crate to protect the product. We will not be held responsible for any damage, should it occur, to property where reasonable effort has not been made to cover flooring/decorations.
