We are a family owned and run business, established back in 2000 and include over 37 years in the plumbing and heating trade. Husband and wife team, Barry and Zoe Holland, deal with each client as an individual and not a number. We have a hands on approach to the running of the company and pride ourselves on our customer service.
Our showroom is based on a busy Tamworth trading estate however we do conduct some of our business outside of office hours at our home office and therefore unlike some other office based companies, we will endeavour to answer calls or emails, if possible, outside of the usual '9-5' day.
We do not employ sales persons or any commission paid employees so you will get honest and free advice regarding your purchase from someone who has a vast knowledge of the fireplace trade. In addition to this, we are a Gas Safe Registered company and therefore can advise you on the suitability of gas fires.
